Listing moderation policy

1. What a listing is

CoinFlex (coinflex.lol) is a public ranking arena. A “listing” is a token that appears on the leaderboard after a verified bid (SOL, USDC, or card where enabled), including its name, ticker, image, rank, and any optional short message the bidder attached.

Listings are user-generated. Appearing on the board is not an endorsement, investment advice, or a guarantee about the token.

2. Who may bid

CoinFlex is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect payments from minors. We may remove listings and refuse service if we believe a user is under 18 or is using the product unlawfully.

3. What we allow

Public Solana tokens and related community bids, plus short optional messages, as long as they do not violate this policy. Messages are length-limited and stripped of excess whitespace before they are stored.

4. Prohibited listings and content

We remove or block listings, images, tickers, and messages that involve:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material
• Scams, phishing, impersonation of another project, person, or brand
• Malware, hacking services, or instructions to steal funds or accounts
• Illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods or services
• Hate, terrorism, violent extremism, or credible threats of violence
• Doxxing or publishing someone else’s private personal data
• Clear fraud (fake “support”, fake airdrops, fake official CoinFlex pages)

5. How listings go live

A bid is published only after payment is verified on our servers (on-chain transfer check and/or payment-provider webhook). The customer’s browser is not trusted as proof of payment. We may still hide a listing after it is live if it breaks this policy.

6. How we moderate

• Automated checks on message length and basic sanitization
• Manual review when we receive a report or notice a violation
• Removal or hiding of the token row, message, and/or image from the public board
• Blocking repeat abusers from future listings where we can identify them

We aim to act on clear violations as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 24–72 hours of a valid report. Illegal content involving minors is treated as an emergency: we remove it immediately when we become aware of it and may report it to authorities.

7. How to report a listing

Send the token ticker or contract address, a screenshot or URL, and why it violates this policy to @PasthiDev on X. Please do not send illegal files; describe the issue instead.

8. Payments and refunds

A verified bid buys placement on the public leaderboard, not a downloadable file and not physical goods. Crypto bids sent to the treasury are generally final. Card payments follow the payment provider’s refund and dispute process. Removing a listing for a policy violation does not always mean an automatic refund.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. The public URL is https://coinflex.lol/moderation.
